With customized, integrated and comprehensive programming, iThink prepares unemployed/under-employed adults to upgrade their technical and employability skills for a successful return to work.
Our programs are designed to prepare adults with some of the latest skills in demand in today's workforce. Customized training targets the specific training needs of an individual based on his/her employment goal. Integrated training options provide the ability to combine or link training options together to bridge the gap to employment in the most effective way.

Workplace Success
All of the Return to Work Services training programs include iThink’s Workplace Success module with the following topics:
- Organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Being an effective employee
- Time management skills
- Problem solving skills
iThink’s other Workplace Success topics specific to employment options are also integrated in the above programs. Please see specific program course descriptions for more details.
Integrated training options include adding one or more of the above programs as part of a training plan at iThink. As well, many graduates move on to our Job Search Program upon completion of a program to actively prepare, seek and secure employment.
Graduates of iThink Job Search Training are provided with a telephone hotline for access to iThink counsellors and ongoing support for up to 3 months or until a job is secured.
